Flavour Fuel is the Rolle family takeout restaurant located at 389 Ontario St in  St. Catharines.  Kelly, Livia & Dylan are the powerhouse team that have been serving up great flavour to the Niagara community for the last six years.

We specialize in fresh, whole foods and promote healthy eating- you should eat to live! Flavour Fuel has an assortment of fresh made to order handcrafted salads and sandwich creations, soups, dressings and daily specials.

Our baker Livi Lou creates amazing treats daily- with offerings that also include keto, low carb, gluten free and vegan options.  We love to say that we have options for everyone!
